In order to monitor the movement of your goods from our factory in Cuenca to the international airport in Quito as well as the date your cosignment was embarked on a flight and left Ecuador, please click the link bellow and submit the tracking number provided by our sales or export department:
Once you have checked out or comfirmed the consignment has successully left Ecuador, you must allow a couple of days for the corresponding National Post Office of The Country of Destination to pick up the merchandise and contact you in order to clear customs if necessary, afterwards it will be filed on the corresponding tracking page listed bellow.
Some post offices in certain countries will change the International Ecuador TrackingNumber and place a National Tracking Number instead, if this happens you might be unable to track your consignments via their websites, we recommend you in any case call your national post office and provide the tracking number we have given to your consignment, if you consider enough time has passed away.
Please remember that depending on the total value of your consignment, it will be placed on hold by customs authorities in your homecountry. All this information will be provided by the national post office of you country.
